A short walk to Hardware Lane, Swanston Street (Chinatown), a few stops on the tram to Queen Victoria Markets, Flinders Street Station, Federation Square, etc... Melbourne is a walkable city. Easy getting groceries from Coles, Woolworths or convenience stores across the road. Alberto at the reception is friendly and helpful. The complimentary toiletries were pleasant and nice to see it is locally made.

It's location in the middle of the city makes it accessibke to many places for food and shopping. However the food was quite expensive. The checkin staff was verh friendly. We got there aearly and he promised usthat he would get the housekeepibg to get working by 9 and would email us when the room is ready. No email came. We had to ask. The room was like ready long before we asked.

I liked the Experience right from the get go, check in went super smooth & I was able to check-in early which was an awesome surprise, the girl at the counter on Good Friday 18/4 was super nice & happy to accommodate. The room was definitely larger & more spacious then the pics give credit for. Would definitely recommend this to friends & family & I'd happily stay here again.
